28/2024 for allegedly committing the offences under Section 420 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 66(D) of the Information Technology (Amendment) Act. 3. Heard; Smt. Thasnimol T. S. , the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Smt. Seetha S. , the learned Senior Public Prosecutor. 4. The learned Public Prosecutor, on instructions, submitted that there is no crime registered against the petitioner as alleged in the bail application as on today. The said submission is recorded. In the light of the above submission, the bail application is closed. It is made clear that, if the presence of the petitioner is required by the Cyber Crime Police Station, Thrissur with regard to the allegations made in the bail application, he shall be issued with a notice under Section 41A of the Code, if the offences alleged against him is punishable for less than seven years.
