66 of 1982 was decided whereby the said suit was dismissed by judgment dated 03. 04. 1992 that was challenged before the appellate court and the appellate court has --1-- S. A. No. 392 of 2016 dismissed the appeal affirming the order of learned trial court. 3. On repeated calls nobody has responded on behalf of the appellants and on 05. 04. 2023 when the matter was listed before the co-ordinate bench on that day nobody appeared on behalf of the appellants and the second appeal is of the year 2016 and is still pending for hearing under Order 41 Rule 11 of CPC which suggests that the appellants have lost their interest in the matter. 4.
