The petitioner apprehending his arrest in connection with Complaint Case No. 659 of 2021 for the offences punishable under Sections 26(e)(g)/41/42 of the Indian Forest (Bihar Amendment) Act, 1989 and Sections 27/29/51 of the Wild Life (Protection) Act, 1972 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860, has prayed for grant of anticipatory bail. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the present case and has not committed any offence as alleged in the Offence Report.

As per the allegation, the petitioner and co-accused Manu were involved in illegal mining of mica at Khalakthambi Mines situated under Koderma Reserved Forest. One motorcycle bearing registration no.
