Case No. 90 of 2023, for the offences registered under Sections 302, 326, 307, 504, 506, 120-B and 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act, pending in the court of Ms. Arti Mala, learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Dhanbad.
It is alleged that petitioner and co-accused had called the deceased and another injured person to Mandir ground at Matkuria road to discuss about the sale and purchase of the land, where they were shot by one Arshad @ Ritik and unknown person. It was submitted that as far as the petitioner is concerned, it is alleged that he was involved in criminal conspiracy. It was further submitted that co-accused persons have been granted bail by this Court earlier. In view of the submission made above, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of Ms. Arti Mala, learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Dhanbad or her successor, in connection with Bankmore P.
