J U D G M E N T One of the prayers sought for in this writ petition is to give a direction to the respondent No. 4 to consider Ext. P13 application filed by the petitioner and grant lease of one cent of land in Resurvey No. 46/4 of Kunnamangalam Village to the petitioner for conducting a Milma Booth. 2. The learned Standing Counsel for the Panchayat/respondent No. 4 submitted that Panchayat has already taken a decision to grant lease of the aforementioned land to the petitioner for a period of three years for conducting a Milma Booth. The above submission is recorded and the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent No. 4 Panchayat to take further steps pursuant to the decision taken to grant lease to the petitioner, immediately.
