Ajay Mohan Goel, Judge (Oral) By way of this petition, petitioner has prayed for the following reliefs:- “It is, therefore, respectfully prayed that the present petition may kindly be allowed and divorce petiton No. HM Misc. Petition Case No. 438/2019, titled as Sunil Kumar Versus Monika Sharma pending for 27. 09. 2019 before District and Sessions Judge, Family Court Kangra 1 Whether reporters of the local papers may be allowed to see the judgment? 2 at Dharamshala, District Kangra, H. P. may kindly be transferred to the competent Court of jurisdiction at District Judge Una, District Una, H. P.
in the interest of justice”. 2. Learned Counsel for the respondent submits that the petition be allowed, as prayed for, but with the observation that the petition be disposed of as early as possible by the learned Court below and preferably within a period of six months. Ordered accordingly. 3. The matter is ordered to be transferred to the appropriate Court i. e. the Court of learned District Judge, Una, District Una, Himachal Pradesh. Parties through Counsel are directed to appear before the appropriate Court on 21. 09. 2020 and thereafter, the matter be proceeded by learned Court below in accordance with law by making an endeavour to decide the same within a period of six months from today. 3 4. Registry to ensure that the file reaches from the Court the Court of learned District Judge, Family Court Kangra at Dharamshala, District Kangra, H. P. , to the Court of learned District Judge, Una, District Una, H. P. before the next date of hearing. Petition is disposed of accordingly.
