JUSTICE SANJEEV KUMAR, JUDGE ORDER 26. 02. 2024 This is an application filed by the petitioner seeking execution of order dated 30. 03. 2012 passed in SWP No. 704/2012 whereby a direction was issued to the respondents to accord consideration to the petitioner’s case for regularization in accordance with law. On being put on notice, respondents have filed their objections and have also filed a status report dated 19. 12. 2022 enclosing therewith a speaking order bearing no. JS/MIDD/2022-23/6312-14 dated 10. 12. 2022.
From a perusal of aforesaid speaking order, it clearly transpires that the matter in terms of judgment passed by this Court has been considered and the same has been rejected being devoid of any merit. In view of the aforesaid speaking order having been passed by the respondents, the judgment passed by this court has been complied with. This petition is, therefore, accordingly dismissed. The dismissal of this petition, however, shall not come in the way of the petitioner from challenging the speaking order dated 10. 12. 2022 (supra) passed by the respondents in accordance with law. 02. 03. 01.
