Zhimomi, learned counsel appearing for the applicant submits that the connected Writ Appeal, WA/11/2021 has been already disposed of on 12. 03. 2024; therefore, this application praying for transfer of the same Writ Appeal has become infructuous. Ms. Z. Zhimomi further submits that for that reason she has instructions to withdraw this Interlocutory Application. I have also heard Ms. V. Suokhrie, learned Additional Advocate General for the State respondents. Under the given circumstances, the prayer of Ms. Zhimomi is allowed.
