A joint request is made by the respective counsels appearing for the parties. 2. At present, the first appeal be disposed of in terms of the settlement agreed upon between the parties. 3. The said settlement agreement is drawn based on the settlement arrived at before the Delhi High Court Mediation Centre, “SAMADHAN” and is duly executed and signed by the respective parties. 4. Since a joint request is made that the appeal be disposed of in terms of the settlement agreement, we deem it appropriate to dispose of the appeal in th terms of the settlement agreement dated 13 April, 2026. 5. The decree be drawn accordingly. 6.
