Kaushik, learned counsel for the Elementary Education Department. This application has been instituted for a correction in the judgment and order dated 23. 11. 2020 in WP(C) 3766/2020. In paragraph-5 of the said judgment it was provided that there was an interference with the communication dated 10. 06. 2019 made by the Govt. of Assam in the Elementary Education Department. It is stated that the date of the communication ought to have been 10. 08. 2019 and not 10. 06. 2019. Accordingly, the necessary correction be incorporated and the judgment and order dated 23. 11. 2020 in WP(C) 3766/2020 shall now be read that the communication is dated 10. 08. 2019.
