Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that as per F. I. R. itself, specific accusation of causing assault with iron rod is against co-accused Dinesh Paswan. So far as this petitioner is concerned, there is general & omnibus allegation and no specific overt act has been alleged against him. Petitioner is in custody since 03. 09. 2025 and has got no criminal antecedent. Chargesheet has been submitted. 4. Learned A. P. P. for the State opposes the prayer for bail. Patna High Court CR.
