Revision No. 1580 of 2018 which was dismissed on 26. 09. 2019 for non-compliance of the peremptory order dated 05. 09. 2019. 5.
Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that he could not inform the petitioner regarding the peremptory period for removal of the defects, due to which the defects could not be removed within the prescribed time. It is submitted that there is no deliberate negligence and intentional laches on the part of the petitioner. 6. Heard. In view of the reasons assigned sufficient cause and reasonable explanation is made out, accordingly the criminal miscellaneous petition is, hereby, allowed and Cr. Revision No. 1580 of 2018 is restored to its original file. Cr. Revision No. 1580 of 2018 1. Three weeks time as prayed for is granted for removing the defects as pointed out by the office, in Cr.
