The petition was filed in 2009, seeking directions to the respondents to accept and implement the recommendations of the Mangal Behari Committee Report dated 29. 01. 1994 in the Department of Education to enhance the standard of education in Rajasthan. 2. On being asked to argue, learned counsel for the petitioner pleads lack of instructions. He states that writ petition was filed in 2009 through one Radhe Shyam Ramawat, who was, at the relevant time, serving as a headmaster in one of the Government schools and was one of the office bearers of the petitioner organization. 3.
He states that as on today, the said office bearer has superannuated from service and in his place, no substitution has taken place and no one has contacted his office from the organization to pursue the matter. 4. However, liberty is granted to revive the proceedings in case association is interested to pursue the matter, provided that an affidavit is filed by a competent office bearer, specifically deposing reasons thereof as to what the cause of action survives as on today. 6.
