RESPONDENTS This petition coming on for orders this day, Hon'ble Shri Justice Ravi Malimath, Chief Justice passed the following: ORDER This petition is filed on the ground that the wife of the petitioner is in illegal detention of the respondents. Therefore, when the petitioner is aware where his wife is, we do not think that a writ of habeas corpus can be granted. Even otherwise, she is staying with her parents and if a daughter is staying with her parents, it shall not be considered as an illegal detention. Hence, we find no good ground to entertain this petition. The same is dismissed.
