Punia through VC For Respondent(s) : Mr. Abhishek Purohit on behalf of Mr. Farzand Ali, GA-cum-AAG HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE SANDEEP MEHTA HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE DEVENDRA KACHHAWAHA Order 02/12/2020 Heard learned counsel representing the parties. Perused the material available on record.
As per the contents of the Missing Person Report lodged by the petitioner regarding disappearance of his daughter Moti Devi aged 25 years (who was already married to one Ravta Ram) and the details set out in the factual report submitted on record by Shri Abhishek Purohit, it is clear that the instant case is of willful disappearance of a major girl from her father’s house. Even in the missing person report, it is clearly mentioned that the girl took away ornaments of her mother while going away. (2 of 2) [HC-185/2020] In this view of the matter, we are of the firm opinion that the case does not involve illegal detention of the alleged corpus. Thus, directing the police officials to stringently pursue the missing person report lodged by the present petitioner at the Police Station Shergarh, District Jodhpur, the instant habeas corpus petition is disposed of. Rule is discharged. (DEVENDRA KACHHAWAHA),J (SANDEEP MEHTA),J 15-Tikam/-
