This writ application had been filed assailing the action of the respondents in instituting T. S. No. 84 of 2022, which was disposed of on 06. 09.

2023, as being barred by res judicata by the Trial Court, and the appeal therefrom, which is now pending before the Court of the Additional Judge, District Council Court. 2. Though grounds has been set out with regard to the abuse of process of Court so on and so forth, what is reflected from the submissions of the learned counsel is that the matter where the Court is pending, there is a little hope that the matter will receive expeditious disposal. 3. Accordingly, in view of the submissions made by the parties at the bar, this matter stands closed allowing the petitioner to approach the Court of the Learned Judge, District Council Court, for transfer of the matter to the said Court. It is further expected that the matter will be disposed of expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of 3(three) months from the date of this order. 6.
