Imna Ao, Engineer-in-Chied NPWD Nagaland as respondent No. 5 in COP(C) 28/2022.
The learned counsel for the applicant submits that during the pendency of the contempt petition, the respondent No. 4 retired from service and in his place Er. P. Imna Ao, has been given officiating promotion to the post of Engineer-in-Chief, NPWD hence, prays for his impleadment as respondent No. 5 in COP(C) 28/2022 for proper adjudication of the case. Upon consideration, the prayer is allowed. Let Er. P. Imna Ao, Engineer-in-Chief be impleaded as respondent No. 5. With the above, I. A. stands allowed and disposed of. Sd/- JUDGE Comparing Assistant
