14 in the transfer order and immediately relieve the petitioner in order to comply order dated 17. 11. 2018 for joining at Sundernagar Depot. (ii) Issue directions to Respondent No. 1 to take appropriate and necessary action against the Respondent No. 3 for misusing the official powers and illegally withholding the transfer orders dated 17. 11. 2018 qua the petitioner without any authority given to him by law. ” Whether reporters of Local Papers may be allowed to see the judgment? - 2 - 2.
