P. for the State. Earlier the prayer for the bail of the petitioner was rejected in B. A. No. 10068 of 2018 with a liberty to the petitioner to renew his prayer for bail if the trial is not concluded within the period of nine months. It appears that out of eight witnesses only three witnesses have been examined. The allegation reveals that the daughter of the informant had committed suicide and the petitioner is suspected to have abated the occurrence. The petitioner appears to be in custody since 12. 06. 2018.
Regard being had to the period of custody and the observations made earlier, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge-I, Jamshedpur in connection with S. T. Case No. 121 of 2019, arising out of Golmuri P. S. Case No. 34 of 2018, corresponding to G. R. No. 908 of 2018, subject to the condition that he shall remain physically present before the learned trial court on each and every date till the conclusion of the trial. (R. Mukhopadhyay, J. ) Alok/-
