The humble petition of the above-named appellant-applicant most respectfully showeth: 1. That the necessary papers for filing the present appeal have been received through registered post but the expenses have not yet been received. 2. That since today is the last day of limitation, the present appeal is being filed in deficiency of the court fees. 3.
